We are Kris Ellis and Sam! Farrell, and our journey in the staffing industry began in1996 and 1998 respectively. What started as two recruiters passionate about connecting people with opportunities has grown into a mission-driven company focused on transforming lives and shaping the future of healthcare staffing. Over the years, we’ve built a team dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences for our candidates, consultants, and clients.
At samstaff, we believe that staffing is about more than filling roles—it’s about making a real impact. Our team includes advocates and specialists in areas like HIM Coding, Cancer and Trauma Registry, Clinical Documentation Improvement and Interim Leadership.
